YOGA

 Our yoga classes are designed to create a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, helping you find balance and harmony in both body and mind. Suitable for all levels of experience.

PILATES

Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that can benefit people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. 

STRONG NATION

Strong Nation allows you to unleash your inner warrior and experience a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and explosive movements.

Group Cycle (HR)*

Get ready to pedal your way to a fun and invigorating workout experience. Our cycle classes help improve cardiovascular endurance, burn calories, and boost overall fitness.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Legs, Bums, and Tums is a class focuses on toning and strengthening specific areas of the body, namely the legs, buttocks (bums), and abdominal muscles (tums).

Afro Jam

Experience the vibrant rhythms and energetic movements of Afro Jam, a dynamic exercise class inspired by the rich cultural tapestry of African dance. This invigorating class combines the joyous spirit of traditional African dance with modern fitness techniques, creating a unique and exhilarating workout experience.

BOXING

Our boxing classes are designed to provide a full-body workout while teaching you the fundamental boxing technique. Suitable for all levels of experience.

TUMMY SESSION

This class is designed to help you build a strong and stable core for supporting your spine, improving posture, and enhancing overall wellbeing. 

Functional Fitness (HR)*

Functional fitness focuses on enhancing your body’s ability to perform daily activities easily. Whether you’re an athlete, a fitness enthusiast, or simply looking to stay active, this class is for you.

Skill X

Welcome to our exciting Skill X classes where fitness and technology come together. 

Skill Classes are based on the Skillathletic Method, a balanced training format that’s scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All our group exercise classes can be tailored to accommodate participants of all fitness levels, from beginners to advance. You don't need any prior experience to join the class, as the instructor will provide proper guidance and ensure your safety. If you have any concerns, please ensure you speak to the instructor prior to the start of class.

Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout attire and supportive athletic shoes. Be prepared to sweat and push yourself to new limits in this empowering and invigorating fitness experience!

Our classes are designed to cater to participants of all fitness levels. The instructor will offer modifications for beginners and progressions for more advanced individuals, ensuring that everyone can work at their own pace and safely challenge themselves.
