What are your opening hours?
The Sports Centre is open Monday to Friday 7am to 10pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am to 6pm. Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.
What group exercise classes will take place this month?

Does my membership include access to classes?
Our paid memberships include unlimited access to all our group exercise classes and the ability to book 7-days in advance. In addition to this, you also have access to a host of virtual sessions and workout library through our LSBU Active App. To access your LSBU Active App, you will have received a personalised link when signing up. What is the difference between prepaid and direct debit?
Our pre-paid option is a month membership valid for 30 days from date of joining. After 30 days this membership will lapse, at which point you will need to upgrade again.
Our direct debit option is more convenient and is a rolling membership where the payment is deducted on the 1st of each month. You will need a valid UK bank account to set up a direct debit.
How do I change or upgrade my membership?

How do I cancel my membership?
At LSBU Active, we want to ensure that you can make the most out of your membership. If you have any questions or need advice about creating the perfect workout routine, please feel free to contact us and we can help set up a consultation with our experienced fitness team.
If you are on a pre-paid membership, this will lapse automatically at the end of the membership and no further payment will be taken.
If you are on a direct debit membership, we will require 30 days for any cancellation requests. All cancellation requests must be made in writing or by completing our cancellation form. We do not pro-rata the cancellation charges, therefore you may be charged for the full month of membership.
Who do I contact about my direct debit?

Can I freeze my membership?
Memberships can be frozen for specific situations. To see whether you qualify please visit our terms and conditions or contact us
